Contract of Sale

Validity of contract of sale, product and price information


The conditions of sale apply to purchases of services from the internet portal 

The prices of services provided in the Internet portal are indicated near the services.

All prices are in Euro and include VAT.

Information about services is available on the Internet portal directly near the service.


Placing an order 


To activate the service, you must enter your account profile, select the “My package" section.

After that, your current subscription and a description of the features included in the packages are displayed on the screen. There will be a button “Upgrade” on the right.

You must select the appropriate service package from the list.

After that, you need to click “Upgrade to”.

Payments are carried out through Maksekeskus AS. Payment methods are:

-Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay and Liisi ID

-Latvian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor

-Lithuanian bank links: Swedbank, SEB and Luminor

-Finnish bank links: Aktia, Alandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki

-Visa / MasterCard credit card payments

Choose your payment method to proceed with payment. 

It is important to click "Back to merchant" after the payment is completed.

To place an order, enter the required data. 

All payments are made in Euro.

The contract of sale enters into force after the payment has been successfully completed.

Notification about successful payment will be sent to your registered email right after the payment succeeded.


Service activation 


Service is being activated automatically within 15 minutes after the payment has been successfully completed.


Right of withdrawal 


After receiving the order, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Internet portal by blocking or deleting his account.

After the delivery of the order, the right of withdrawal is not applicable according to the conditions listed in conditions provided for in subsection 53 4(7.1) of Law of Obligations Act.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal person. 


Defective goods 


If the website did not work for technical reasons, and therefore the user could not use the service purchased from Cargospy OÜ in whole or in part, Cargospy OÜ allows the user to add unused days on the basis of a written or electronic application, provided not later than thirty (30) days after the resumption of the work of the site

Cargospy OÜ undertakes to review the application and respond to it in writing or in a written form that can be reproduced within twenty (20) business days.

If the resumption of the site is not possible, Cargospy OÜ will refund the user for unused service days.


Settlement of disputes 


Cargospy OÜ and the user are guided by legal acts.

Controversial issues are resolved through negotiations. If the user has a complaint about Cargospy OÜ, then it should be reported to the e-mail address specified in the contact form.

If the Parties cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the user can apply to the Commission on Consumer Disputes. The competence of the Commission on Consumer Disputes is to resolve disputes arising from a contract concluded between the Parties. Consideration of the user's complaint in the commission is free.

In the event that it is not possible to resolve the dispute through agreement, the dispute is decided in the Harju County Court.
