Cargospy - Frequently Asked Questions

Log into your account, then select My Transport -> Car Fleet and click Add New. Fill in the criteria for your transport, click Save and add. Select My Transport -> My offers and click Add New, fill in the criteria for your listing and click Save and publish.

When you add a new offer, select the Always available, then you can remove the To item by clicking the X.

Offers related to the vehicle you want to remove will be added to the archive.

Offers are automatically added to the archive when the loading date passes. To return an offer, go to your account, My Transport -> My offers -> Archived, find the offer you want to restore and change the loading date.

Log into your account, then select My Cargo and click Add. Fill in the criteria for your cargo and click Save and Publish.

Amount of Offers
Total number of Transport and Cargo offers you can add.

Car Fleet
Total number of vehicles you can add to your Car Fleet.

View Contact Info
Ability to view contact information of users that placed offers.

Messenger
Access to Messenger that allows you to send quick offer request.

Can Use Urgent
Access to Urgent function, which automatically puts you offers on top of search, when loading date is less than 3 days.

Your Contact Info is Visible
Your contact information is visible to everyone, including non-registered and free users. This will allow you to share you profile with anyone.

Mailing
Access to Mailing system, that allows you to receive email notifications about new offers with criteria of your choice.
